The value of video

Businesses can find value in publishing videos addressing questions that may regularly come into their customer support centres. A well produced customer support video could answer questions that keep customers from calling into customer support lines, cutting the expense of dealing with customers after the sale while retaining an image for providing superior customer support. What a lot of production companies miss though is the creative idea!

I was talking to a hotel owner client recently about who to promote his hotel through video, we both agreed that pretty pictures of bedrooms and bar menus was not enough as it’s what you’d expect from a smart hotel. We worked up a fun idea giving people the impression of being looked after, showcasing the type of people he wants to attract and the services offered but in an off-beat not too serious way.. Having a strong creative idea is often missed but has so much more impact! Welcome to my first blog at the website is launched.
